About this guide

Not Red Lobster's site.
Just the menu, laid out plainly.

This is an independent reference for Red Lobster's menu. Everything here is compiled from the chain's own public menu pages: item names, descriptions, prices and calorie counts, recorded as published.

We also tell you plainly where the data thins out: which items were listed without a description, which have no price, and which pages we've deliberately left empty because we couldn't verify them.

Menu library

Nineteen guides,
one per question.

Each page answers a single question about the menu: what's on it at lunch, what kids can order, what everything costs in calories.

Common questions

What is the most expensive item on the Red Lobster menu?

The Ultimate Family Feast at $146.99, a family meal. For one person, the priciest plate is the Create Your Own Ultimate Feast at $50.99.

Does Red Lobster still have Endless Shrimp?

Yes. Endless Shrimp is $24.99 on Mondays, dine-in only and not on holidays. Red Lobster is also running a limited-time version with more shrimp dishes to choose from.

Is this Red Lobster's official website?

No. This is an independent guide, not owned, operated, sponsored or endorsed by Red Lobster. For official information, ordering, gift cards or location hours, go to redlobster.com.

Are the prices on this site exact?

Treat them as a guide, not a quote. Red Lobster prices are set locally across hundreds of restaurants, so what you pay can differ from what's listed here. Confirm with your location before you go.

Where does this menu data come from?

From Red Lobster's own menu pages on redlobster.com, for one US restaurant, checked every month or two. We record each dish's name, description, price and calories as published, and mark dishes that are no longer on the menu.

How many items are on the Red Lobster menu?

This guide lists 142 distinct items across 14 categories on Red Lobster's current menu. A given restaurant may not carry every one of them.

Why do some prices start with 'From'?

Red Lobster prices a few dishes by the choice you make, such as the type of crab in Crab Your Way or which whole dessert you order. For those we show the cheapest choice as a 'From' price.

Are the food photos Red Lobster's?

No. The food photos on this site are our own, not Red Lobster's, and the dish you're served can look different. Dishes we haven't photographed yet show a placeholder.
